Well-positioned, two-bedroom self-contained cottage with beautiful views of trees and paddocks from every window. Amenities include an attractive patio with outdoor dining setting and BBQ. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has three single beds, all fitted with electric blankets.

The kitchen has a microwave oven and full-sized fridge and pantry, with all cutlery, crockery and kitchenware for usual cooking requirements. Note: there is no oven or dishwasher.

The cottage has been completely refurbished in July 2026, with new furniture, beds and linens, fresh paint throughout, and new wood fireplace. There is evaporative air conditioning for cooling.

There is a TV with local channels and DVD player, however there are no streaming platforms provided. Wifi has been recently installed.

The bathroom has a separate bath and shower, and a separate toilet.
