Please be aware that entering the farm comes with inherent risks. We've taken precautions for a safe visit, but you assume responsibility for your safety, those in your care, and your belongings. Watch for uneven surfaces and potential hazards. Avoid entering animal pens unless invited by the owner, as animals, while friendly, can be risky.

Group bookings require a direct enquiry via phone or email. Please contact us directly for availability for your group booking.

All of our cottages are licensed for a maximum number of people including children and infants.

Please Note: All beds are made up and towels provided. You only need to bring your food and clothing.

“Aussie Bush Cabin”, “Valencia Villa” and “Bali Hai Bungalow” rates are $250.00 per night for a maximum of 5 people in each cottage.

“Kirribilli” is $270.00 per night. Sleeps 6 people over 5 or 6 beds. This unit adjoins “The Lodge” but is completely separate.

“The Farmhouse” is $290.00 per night. Sleeps 8 people over 5 beds. There is only 1 bathroom, but 2 toilets.

“The Quarters” is $210.00 per night. Sleeps 3 people over 2 or 3 beds. 

“The Lodge” is $290.00 per night for a maximum of 8 people over 6 or 7 beds. Again, only 1 bathroom, but 2 toilets.

“The Lodge and Kirribilli” the 2 units together sleep 14 people over 11 or 12 beds.

“Rose Cottage” and “The Orchard Chalet” are 1 bedroom cottages with sleeping for 2 people only in a queen bed. Rate is $180.

CORPORATES – Workers in the area- Please contact us for clean, self contained accommodation for your workers in the area.

Bookings – Direct Booking only

Terms and Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum deposit of 50% of the booking total to secure your booking. For group bookings of more than 2 cottages other arrangements for a deposit can be made. The Balance is due 14 days before arrival.  If you choose to pay the deposit direct to our bank account the balance must be paid 14 days before your arrival to confirm the booking.

  • Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in time of your booking will forfeit the deposit. We will not hold your deposit for a further booking and we will not refund it.

  • Cancellation greater than 14 days will enable a full refund of the deposit.

  • If the guest does not show up, the full amount of the reservation will be taken.

  • For bookings on long weekends and school holidays, and for groups of more than 2 cottages, the length for cancellation notice is doubled. 7 days becomes 14 days, 14 days becomes 28 days.

    Group Retreat Bookings are arranged directly with Lavendale Country Retreat owners and have separate Terms and Conditions/Cancelation Policy unique to Group Bookings.

    Pricing for each cottage/unit is based on a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children. There is an additional charge per person over this number.
