Frequently Asked Questions

Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions from guests. If you have a query that isn’t answered here please either call us or contact us via email and we’ll endeavour to assist you.

  • We are open for bookings at anytime, just use the Book Now function or contact us with your queries via the website contact form.

  • Check-in anytime from 2:00pm and checkout is by 10:00am.

  • No. All beds are made up and towels provided. You only need to bring food and clothing.

  • Yes you may. Please check in with us upon arrival so we can let you know of the individual animal’s dietary considerations and what food is safe for them to eat.

  • Yes, you should be able to hotspot through your Telstra connection and we have also recently upgraded wifi for all cottages. As is usual in regional areas, there can be occasional drop outs. However, for the vast majority of time, the coverage is very good.

  • Yes, the coverage is very good across the entire property, although it can very occasionally be patchy. Telstra mobile service seems to offer the best reception. Other mobile providers may have limited range in the area.

  • Yes, we do. Our lap pool is open for guest use all year round.

    The pool is 20 meters in length with a consistent depth of 1.2 meters throughout, and it does not have a shallow end. Please be advised that children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted in the pool area without an accompanying adult. As there is no lifeguard on duty, the safety of children is the sole responsibility of their guardians.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional pets due to some of our animals being free range.

  • Our accommodation units do not include personal laundries. We invite you to discuss your laundry needs with us.

  • We can get very booked up months in advance with group retreat bookings, particularly weekends. However, there are often adjustments to group numbers being made so availability is always changing. 

    If you can’t seem to book in online for the dates you require, feel free to send an email just in case we’ve had a cancelation and we will try to accomodate you if possible.
